San Andreas Fault Movie
Los Angeles had its last major magnitude since 1680, which is 335 years. Dr. Jones is an Earthquake seismologist, her nick name is Earthquake lady. Los Angeles was built on 50s and 60s so that's why Dr. Jones worried about the old concrete buildings that have not been retrofitted and could topple, or collapse inwardly into a pancake.

Humans Footprint, Carbon & Sustability
I have selected 5 area that have low impact, ( on the map ) and they are: Las Vegas, Utah, Kansas City, Coronado, and South Dakota. The reason why they're low impact because the populations are low. And common transportation are buses, cars,... And the consumption electricity, comparing with other countries, then the consumption are not much.

Dear Kearny HS Students: We Are Out of Water
Dear Kearny HS students,
Water, water itself is not difficult to find, it is not a rare resources. By that reason, people have used water in an unacceptable way lead to many issues that community is facing with. Have you ever keep asking yourself that where is the water come from? And why is everyone got water to use daily? Because everybody is living in a place that the amount of water has supplying everyday to insure for people got sufficient water to use. Even though, water is not difficult to find, but it will become less and less if we don't start to save it now.

Plastics, Greenhouse Gases and Sustainability
A large amount of greenhouse gases are being released into the atmosphere |
Plastics and Greenhouse Gases have many negative impacts on the earth. As we known, a large amount of greenhouse gases are being released into the atmosphere, which is the main issue that caused the global warming. Beside, plastics debris had caused many problems for the oceans and sea animals as well.
Plastics find their way into the oceans. |
Firstly, plastics find their way to the oceans center and there the plastics breakdown and take many and many years through photo degrading into small pieces. For along time plastics had caused many issues about the oceans environment. Many creatures had died because of plastics.

Extinction of the Dinosaurs
The article The Death of the Dinosaurs published by The New York Times. The author is Peter Brannen on Jan 31, 2015. This is talking about 2 hypothesis that explained how the dinosaurs extinct in many many years ago. And this is the link: http://nyti.ms/1yU55rg.
For along time ago, the dinosaurs were extinct. One of the first hypothesis explained what happened that time is from geologist Gerta Keller of Princeton. These dinosaurs were killed not by the lava itself, but by the environmental catastrophe unleashed by the volcanic gases. It was the end time of global warming, acid raining and acidifying oceans that might sound familiar today as vast body of scientific research warns us of our own developing ecological crisis.
